Prepare for Motherhood with NewBorn Academy

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are binding upon submission of the registration form and confirmation by NewBorn Academy.

• Full payment is required within 14 days of receiving the payment link to secure your place.

• Prices include all services described in the event details (e.g., activities, materials, and specified meals/snacks).

2. Non-Refundable Policy & Rescheduling

• All payments are final and non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person free of charge.

• Rescheduling to a future retreat is possible only in exceptional cases, subject to availability, and within 12 months of the original retreat date.

3. Service Delivery

• We reserve the right to modify the retreat schedule, activities, location, or instructors if necessary, without compromising the overall quality of the experience.

4. Liability

• Participation is at your own risk. NewBorn Academy and its facilitators are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

• Participants are responsible for their own health and travel insurance.

5. Health & Safety

• You must inform us before booking if you have any medical or psychological conditions that could affect your participation.

• By registering, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.

6. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics). In such cases, you may reschedule within 12 months.

7. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others and the environment.

• We reserve the right to remove anyone from the retreat for inappropriate conduct without a refund.

8. Data Collection & Privacy

• By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for event organization and communication, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• With your explicit consent, we may also add you to the NewBorn Academy newsletter.
