Terms and Conditions at NewBorn Academy.

• Payments and Refunds: All payments for retreats and courses are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered under specific conditions.
• Data Collection: By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Service Delivery: We reserve the right to modify retreat schedules, instructors, or course content.
• Liability: Participants join retreats and courses at their own risk. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage.
• Third-Party Services: We may facilitate connections with third-party providers, but we are not responsible for their services.

Safety Policy for the Retreat 

• Health & Safety: The organizer ensures that the retreat environment is safe, clean, and in compliance with health regulations. Participants are responsible for their own medical insurance and must inform the organizer of any health conditions.
• Non-Refundable Policy: All payments are non-refundable. In the case of cancellation, participants may reschedule for a future retreat, subject to availability and within one year of the original date.
• Liability Waiver: By attending the retreat, participants agree to waive any claims against the organizer for injury, loss, or damage. Participants join at their own risk.
• Rescheduling: Participants may request rescheduling at least 14 days before the retreat start date, depending on availability. Any requests made within 14 days are not guaranteed.
• Force Majeure: The organizer is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, participants will have the option to reschedule within one year.
• Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to respectful and responsible behavior. The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone from the retreat for inappropriate conduct without a refund.
