FOUNDER’S STORY – JULIA LEXMOND
I come from a background of burnout, struggling with self-love and self-valuation. I lost myself in carreer, sports, and was constantly on the run with eight or more appointments a day and a full weekend schedule. Even after being officially declared fine, I quickly returned to work and continued the same hectic lifestyle.
My first pregnancy was a turning point. It made me realize the importance of taking care of myself and putting myself first. I reached out to many alternative healers and coaches, participated in numerous mindfulness courses, and incorporated yoga and meditation into my daily routine.
With my second child, I learned to let go of the constant “musts” and go with the flow, allowing me to enjoy life more fully. Over the past 12 years, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding the messages our bodies send us, adopting healthy eating habits, embracing inner work, and diving into parenting books to become a better mom.
I wish every mom a shortcut to this knowledge before they start their journey as a mother. Be better prepared for the biggest challenge in your life, turn it around, and be able to fully enjoy every blissful moment with your precious child.
